I wanted to create a short video on a question that someone had on what is CLA or Conjugated Linoleic Acid. This is a type of fat that can help you burn fat. It comes from dairy and animal fat, it is also in egg yolks but the key is you want it 100% grass-fed. You don’t want it mixed between grains and grass because in the last few months if you switch this animal to grains for flavor whatever, you are going to nullify this CLA and not get near the amounts. Now, here is some of the things it can do, it can actually increase muscle strengths. So if you are going to exercise and you want more strength, this should be a good thing to look at. Increase exercise endurance so you can go longer, it actually helps your metabolic rate, it will help your immune system, it has anti-cancer properties, it can decrease body fat and it can also stabilize your blood sugars. So if you buy your meats, I would definitely go into the farmers market, not just in the regular healthy store where they don’t always have the grass-fed. There is one company that I use a lot and that is called US wellness meats. I get no kickbacks or anything but I’ll put a link down below for more information. I do know that they are 100% grass-fed. So if you are into exercise and you are trying to build muscle, this is something you want to look at. Alright, thanks for watching!
